Alex Aleardi

Alex Aleardi brings over a decade of professional hockey experience to his role as a THP Advisor. After a standout junior career in the OHL, Alex played in the AHL before spending six seasons in Europe, where he led France’s Ligue Magnus in scoring and won a league championship with Rouen. Returning to North America, he became a dominant force in the ECHL, winning a Kelly Cup with the Florida Everblades and setting a single-season points record with the Rapid City Rush.

Currently with his hometown Fort Wayne Komets, Alex continues to lead by example both on and off the ice. His journey which spans six countries, multiple leagues, and countless transitions, gives him a unique perspective on the modern hockey landscape. This has also led to him developing an extensive network of coaches. As an advisor, Alex is known for his honest guidance, player-first mindset, and ability to help families make smart, personalized decisions at every stage of the development path.
